Body art and manipulation

Do you have ink? Body manipulations/piercings/scarificiation? What inspires you to add to your collections? Is each piece another page in the story of your life or just a way to express those thoughts and feelings no one else could possibly understand? Is it about the pain, the pleasure or the joy of something unique to you? I love my ink, every piece is a story about another stage in my life - the joy, the sorrow, the transformations and watersheds that have brought me to where I am and who I am today.

I have 14 piercings...my ears are pretty stretched out for a female, and I love them. It's very addicting, and I can't stop stretching. I am wanting more and more piercings{about 16 in the next few years}...30 just seems like a good number:]I'm not big on scarification b/c i dont like the way it looks or feels. I'm ok with burning and pealing of the skin{in tattoo form} to expose the underlayers or blood{certain type of scarification, just in a different way} Each of my piercings was done for a reason:]

I have my navel pierced and abut 5 in my ears, I used to have my tongue and a genital piercing but took them out as I had to have an MRI scan at the hospital.
I don't have any tattoos....but I'm still deciding if I want one or not. I've been thinking about getting little angel wings on my back but haven't found a good picture yet :)
