For me I like brand new construction because I do not like surprises.

well it would really depend on your need,
how many kids you have, or plan to have?
will this be your permanent home?
you should plan ahead and make sure
you have a budget for the construction.
Make sure also that the labor force
and contractors for
building your new home are trust-worthy.
you should look on the vicinity or area
of your new home, whether the community is safe
or not. there are actually a lot to consider,
but planning makes it more organized and it shall
give you savings. cheers!

I think that orginization works well in all situations. I have a one and a two year old and if i have no orginization the day is a mess.
