Mylot work at night?

I usually don't do much posting in mylot this late at night. So tonight as I am posting I am watching my earnings fluctuate. I don't want to make this discussion about our earnings but about how late do the mylot employees work if they are doing this at night time. They are obviously deleting and adjusting our earnings.
As I was posting I realized that my number of posts by my name were going down. They went down around 5 count and then I noticed my earnings go down 3 cents. Now I look at the top of the page and notice that my earnings have now gone up 1 cent.
My question is, does mylot work this late and do this manually or is it something that their computer system does automatically and if so how does their system know which ones to delete and which ones not to? Does anyone know the answers to these questions? Does someone own a site simular to mylot or know someone who owns one that can answer me?

I think they are deleting discussions that violates rules. They do it at a time when there are least people online. I have noticed the earnings fluctuations too. My post rating also went down. They may be adjusting our earnings a bit. My earnings went down 2 cents then went up 1. Kinda like the stock market 
. I hope they fix this soon before other users log in.

Now my earnings have gone up 9 cents more. So now they are 7 cents higher than before they started adjusting them. I don't mind that they go up, I just don't like to see them go down. I wonder why they are going up?

So now that I am up this morning I have added my earnings manually from yesterday and it ended up, when mylot was finsihed, that I gained 7 cents. Figure out how that happened. They went down as much as 5 cents and then they went up 12 cents, when everything was said and done. I am happy about gaining but not happy when I lose some earnings.
It all turned out good in the end.

I think your earning goes down when you comment in those threads that contain a link got deleted. It is clearly stated in the Mylot TOS that one should not put any link in them. And also I think that if someone give you a negative rating, it might also makes your earning goes down. As to why they goes up, it might be due to the fact that someone gives up a best response or a positive rating to your replies.

I've never noticed about my responses going down or my earnings also but now that you mentioned it, my earnings was updated already! I really don't know how they do it and I am curious about it. But it is their Big Secret anyway! As long as I am happy MyLotting, that's all that matters.

I've never seen my earnings go down or my post count goes down. Hopefully it won't happen to me, and for you, I hope it gets fixed as soon as possible, same for the other mylotters.
