I have been a member for about 2-3 years. I really can not remember when I joined. I get anywhere from 5-30 emails a week from them and I click on them all religiously. I currently have just under 7,000 points. Since things haven't been the greatest for me financially for the last few years, so I do not have the funds to shop online. So the only way I can get points is via the emails. I am undecided (STILL!) as to what I am going to redeem my points for. Right now, the front-runners are Walmart and Barnes and Noble. Actually, I'm leaning more towards Walmart, for the $50 certificate so I can go and spend that money on non-perishables for our local Christian Crisis Center. With the way the economy is lately, charity sites are really hurting. They helped my husband and I last year, so we've been buying a few cans of food every time we shop to give to them. How long was it before you cashed out your first time?

I've been a member of mypoints for about 3 1/2 years. I think I've cashed out about 6 times. Usually, I cashout for a $25 gift card to Target or Home Depot; sometimes I will hold out until I have enough points for a $50 card, but I'm not always that patient . Most of my points I got just from reading the emails, but I sometimes buy ebay stuff through the mypoints site and get more points for that.

It took me a little less than a year to cash out. I get a lot of emails from them though because I have a lot of interests. The first card I recieved was a ten dollar walmart gift card which I think I used on groceries. I think that it is great that you are choosing to use your giftcard to help charity. That is really nice.

I would go for walmart, because you can get food too. I just cashed out 6 bucks from survey spot after 3 months of forgetting i belonged to the site.
