Saturday morning ... coffee

Is the freshly brewing coffee aroma drifting around your domain? What brand is your choice? ... instant from the jar, filter drip, or freshly ground espresso from a machine? I roast my own beans. This Saturday morning will be an Ethiopian Harrar that is resting after being roasted Thursday night (freshly-roasted coffee needs to be rested to allow carbon dioxide to gas off and flavor/aroma to develop). I'll prepare it using either a French press or my Krups, which uses a combination drip and steam pressure method to brew.

I prefer instant. Since I am the only one in my house who drinks coffee, it is easier to use instant. That way none is wasted by brewing a whole pot. I love hazlenut coffee with french vanilla creamer. And the aroma is so wonderful.
