What's your biggest bathroom pet peeve?

My bathroom pet peeve is not putting down the toilet lid, not only do I want and expect the seat to be down, I want the lid down as well. I do not like going in the bathroom and looking down the toilet bowl. I want my shower curtains closed, my husband has a bad habit of leaving the shower curtains open after taking a shower, I like mine closed.

Well I was going to say that I don't really have one, but after reading a couple of the answers I have to say that I too hate it when my boyfriend leaves the toilet seat up. I don't really want to touch that thing to put it down. It doesn't matter if it is clean or not, it is just the thought of it. Also, it doesn't really bother me too much if the toilet paper is not replaced but it does a little bit. But at least the toilet paper for me is close to the toilet lol.

I would have to say that finding toothpaste in the sink, and the dirty clothes on the floor.

Well, my biggest pet peeve is water lying all over the vanity top around the sink after some one washes their face! It really bothers me cos sometimes, in the middle of the night where I wake up to clear my throat, I will stand near to the sink. And when my waist touches the vanity, my shorts would soak a good amount of water from the wet vanity. Sometimes soaking through to my underwear as well. That is why I will always squeegee away as much of the water whenever I see it. Otherwise, it would be a night of gripe gripe gripe, change and gripe some more!

Hi! Well, I hate to find empty shampoo and liquid soap bottles in the bathroom sink. For sure, I'd quickly shoot it in the trash bin as soon as I get my hands on it. I also hate seeing stains on the tiled walls.

I hate picking up dirty underwear after everyones left for work or school. It's nasty and I dont like stuff being left on, in or around the sink. I guess it's to much to ask for someone to pick up after themselves.

Hey, I think I notice all posters here are women! Don't we just hate so many things, have not just a biggest bathroom pet peeve, but simply the biggest list of pet peeves, per se!! :)) Ah, we are that way. I have so many hang ups too, sometimes I wonder if I should seriously stop jumping at things the way I do! But to respond to this discussion, I too hate the lid not being put back cos I too hate to touch it , like a previous poster mentioned here. But no one listens or leaves it our way, huh?
