I had a program from Bluecoat called K9 that was awesome with this. It also allowed you to see what sites had been visited. It was free! Just search for it on download.com or you can use installblocker software to block the unwanted sites open. with that installblock you can even block user from setting a wallpaper or taking task manager.

You have to use a security platform. I heard many of Fortinet's is the best. I know a good friend installed this platform for a network of one schools. You can read more information here: http://www.fortinet.com/ ... more precisely here: http://www.fortinet.com/products/web_filtering.html

Download the firewall ZoneAlarm. It blocks things like that and it's free. It's very good protection!

My network service provider has done it for me through content filtering.Generally,it should be done on the network monitoring system. You can ask your NSP for help.Still, there are many sorts of software can do this, such as NETDOG,K9,etc.You also can put the adult websites on the blacklist in your antivirus software in order to block them.I hope it's helpful to you. :-)
