What type of fat do you eat? Is it the good or the bad fat?

Are you aware that there are actually good fats and bad fats? As the name implies we need the good fats of course and we should shun the bad fats. What are the bad fats? What are the sources of good fats? Being aware of this would help us a lot in maintining good health and wellness. Read more about this in this article.

Hi Jen, I eat both. The bad fats I do try to limit. I eat a variety of foods, lots of fruits and vegetables, and I think that is why I hardly ever get sick. I remember when my kids were at home. The whole family would get the flu or a cold except me, and I was the caregiver LOL I think variety in our diet is the answer. Limiting the bad stiff and consuming more of the good.
