I am busy with my day to day activities tight every time.I do not get lot of time to spend with my family and when i feel tired i go on for a short sleep.I can never sleep during my spare time in office.I just read some papers and have coffee.Share your view on whether you find time to sleep when you are exhausted or you do not have time because you have tight schedule.

Well, if I stay up past my betime of 11:30p,. sometimes sooner depending on how I feel I will oversleep the next morning. I'm one of those people my body just shuts down if I don't get the proper rest. I might call in late to I get it together. This does not happen very often, because I usually go to bed pretty early if I'm not mylotting or watching the news. If I'm at work I have to tuff it out. I will go to the restroom and put water on my face.

Well, I like to stay up very late at night and I have to wake up early for school. So there are plenty of days where I really need some sleep. I occasionally do sleep in class when there is nothing really going on and I'm behind someone, but this is really not the best idea! It's best after a test and everyone else is still working. But I really find that taking naps makes me feel like there's not enough hours in the day.

I just currently finished a little research project on sleep because my daughter has sleep trouble and I was looking for a solutiton. I found that sleep deprivation can sabotage weight loss efforts, lead to depression, and shorten attention spans among all sorts of other things.
Like most people, I usually "pop till I drop". My day to day life is sometimes very hectic and sleep, regaurdless of how tired I am, is always my last priority. But on occassion, it catches up to me. I hit the couch and stay there. I only get up to feed my family or break up kid fights lol.
I think if more people took the time to research sleep patterns like I did, they would find that simply adjusting your bedtime a 1/2 hour earlier of getting up even 20 minutes later can have a significant impact on your exhaustion level, stress levels, and emotional response. I'm working on it myself.
