And what about Dirk Kuyt again scoring 2 and the winner, He just shades Gerrard as the man of the match. Dirk Kuyts doubters should by now be reconsidering their position on this player, His effort and work rate is phenomanal.

Liverpool's next two games will be a real challenge. If they win both, team's morale will rise up a lot. It would be great to defeat Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. But we all know that, right now, it's almost impossible...

That was a sensational effort from Kyut, repeating the same feat as against Man City, but as i always share in other discussions, Liv concede too many goals & it will be very difficult to fight back after few goals down always

Although Liverpool won this match, their performances really upped only after Wigan have to play with 10 men. If Luis Antonio Valencia had not been red carded, do you think the result will go this way? I don't think so. If Liverpool want to progress further, they cannot play like this. If Wigan first goal only because of luck and mistake, then the second goal is really AwESOME!

Amir Zaki scored a great goal unfortunatly for Liverpool.....Who know what the outcome would have been if it was'nt for the sending off..We do need to get it together if we are to challenge..
