That looks delicious! Sort of like the Grilled Cubans in our area. Very popular too. But more melted cheese, please!

Yes I know Kebabs and also liked it very much, it is mainly a dish made with chicken or red meat

I've had those before, and they are very good. They do variations of those in different countries outside of the Middle East. Even the Greek have a version of Kebab. They make really good Greek ones in a restaurant here in my hometown. Now you have got me in the mood for one of those.
