Now, in addition to diet pills, we have diet drinks. 2 popular ones are Celsius and Enviga. Enviga is from Coke. Are they safe? Would you drink them to get thin? Ifthey're found to cause health problems, do you think it's better to drink them and be thin and sick... or be healthy and imperfect?

Juice is loaded with sugar though. There have been tons of articles out recently on the dangers of drinking too much orange juice. Scary thought, something we thought was so healthy.

I have several friends who are "addicted" to sodas. Some of them have thought on drinking diet drinks, but you can read their "side effects" on many places, just as it was said above they can rise your blood pressure. And important milestone if you wish to be a little thinner is to quit (slowly) on sodas, since they make you fat in no time. The advice I've given friends is: A) DON'T drink diet sodas. Their side-effects are controversial, whether diet sugar is good or not, but that's not the way to quit. B) For the first month, drink natural juice 1 of the 5 days of the week. You'll start liking it in no time! After one month, see if you actually were able to keep on the change. If you weren't, then keep the rythm. If you feel like you're progressing, drink juice 2 of 5 days. Stay like that until you can drink juice 4 of 5 days. Don't quit on soda, just drink once a week MAXIMUM. Hope it helps :)
