Has anyone built a new house?

I am in the process of building my first house.I really wasn't prepared for the hassles I have come across.Has anyone else built a home and had to deal with alot of problems with banks etc?

No I have never built a House lol I don't have money thats why I have to look for a rented Place which at the moment I can't find but I hope to soon but I bet it is great to be able to build a House the way you want it and I well believe it is causing Problems to

No I haven't had a house built. I did install plumbing in new homes. Once you start building go to the construction site daily. Make sure they are using quality materials and doing proper work. Keep a close eye on them. You wouldn't believe some of the stuff I seen them do in new homes. When I do have one built I will be the builders worst nightmare. I will be there everyday!
