WWE Ratings Not Being As Good As TNA In the Future?

I think it might happen not in the near future but in the distant future. WCW was like TNA when competing with the WWE back in the day where they were not considered a challenger. Than came Monday Nitro and things started to change. I've even heard WWE wants TNA to be more of a challenger so they will have more of a will to compete and maybe buy TNA out, lol.

Hopefully that will happen so that WWE will make better rivalries and story lines. That way, WWE will still be on top as it was before.

Theres really only so far you can go when the storylines are based around a wrestling ring. They need to get back to just mainly the matches.

Storylines also help boost ratings. The only problem is that the storylines in WWE today don't have the same impact on the older audiences as it is to younger audiences. I remembered the match between Cena and Triple H at Wrestlemania. Although I am not a Triple H fan, I rooted for HHH and hated Cena. I was even laughing especially at the way the fans were separated at cheering for both wrestlers. You can hear the older audiences say "YEH!" whenever HHH dominates with each punch he throws at Cena and boos whenever Cena hits back, and vice versa for the younger audience. The thing is, some of the storylines today only appeal to the younger audience. WWE has changed it's target and focusing more on the younger fans than the old school fans. There's this new website by WWE created for kids, and it's like WWE.com only that it's layout is for kids.

it might happen but it will take a lot of hard work for tna to be as competitive as wwe. i think the main advantage why wcw ate up a huge chunk of then wwe fans was because wcw had better wrestlers and storylines than wwe. the same can't be said of tna. tna does offer some variety and some of their feuds and storylines are better than wwe's but over-all wwe is the better brand than tna. it'll be nice to see some tna wrestlers and former wwe wrestlers go up against the present roster of wwe. there will be great match-ups but in the end wwe will come up on top. just my thoughts.

Why don't they bring in Eric Bischop, lol. I don't know if they got the 6 sided ring in tna anymore but they should get rid of it.
