Normally after 40 years, people who have the habit of reading develop short sightedness. We then need to use either a reading glasses or bifocal spectacles for the purpose of readiome people are using contact lenses for this purpose. If you know the power of the lens for reading glasses then we have very cheaply available ready made reading glasses available in market readily. athis facility was not there before! But with the global business coming in to force and being accepted by many country we are getting good international products in the market ! Theoptical tools are are also no exception for that. Ready made reading glasses and Contact lenses imported in India are not only very good quality wise but they are very affordable too! I do have many reading glasses but mostly are order made as I have diferent power for my eyes. Though I do have bifocal spectacles I don't prefet to use them on regular basis! I am very comfortable with reading glasses. I prefer to have reading glasses with big glasses so that I can conveniently use them while reading in bed ! How about you? Do you use Reading glasses or bi focal spectacles for reading! Kindly respond ! Thanks!

I cannot stand using bifocals, I like to have just reading glasses. I have 2 pairs now, one for the computer and one for reading. The pair I use for reading were my original reading glasses by my eyesight has deteriorated over the last few years and I needed stronger reading glasses. I can see fine long distance but anything close up is a real blur and while it does become a pain to have to take my glasses on and off I cannot get used to looking up and down like you have to with bifocals. If I look up through the wrong part of the lens I feel sick and my eyes feel strained. So I much prefer to have reading glasses with big glasses so I can see the print clearly.

yes! That is the main problem with the bi focal spectacles! many a times we are ended with strained eyes because of looking at the things through wrong glasses! Thanks! Your sincere participation is appreciated !
