Do you exercise with sticks?

I have recently learned howe to walk with sticks. I really liked it. It felt god for the body to work out this way. Now I take atleast two walks a week and have my sticks with me. It is really god and fun if you know the technique of using sticks while walking. The hole body are working out, and after the walk you feel god with your self. You really do not need to walk more than 30 minutes with this exercise to feel it is great for your body and helth. Have you walked with sticks before, or have you tried? How did you experience this type of exercise?
