I usually just gargle water after waking up then brush my teeth after eating breakfast. But sometimes I brush my teeth immediately when I wake up. It depends on my mood. :D

I do brush my teeth after taking or eating my breakfast in the morning. What i do is gurgle first to eliminate bad breath and sticky saliva on my mouth then eat my breakfast. When im about to take a bath then that is the time i have to brush my teeth so that i can go to the office with a clean mouth.

I do gargle water then eat breakfast then after, I will brush my teeth. There are people who would brush first, eat then brush again. I think this is bad because too much brushing can peel off the protective coating of our teeth. If you are used to brushing first your teeth before eating, then just use mouthwash after eating. It has the same effect as brushing do.
