Pay 2 Surf PTC - anyone got experience?

I just reached minimum cash out of $40 (although I did notice they dropped it to $35) and requested payment via PayPal and with 30 days "for review". Anyone have anything to say to give me hope for the next 30 days that I will be paid???!!! LOL!! Seems like that is the common ground question on PTC's these days! I just have not heard anything about Pay2Surf
