I have always been a big gamer, and I have been playing video games since I was a kid,and it has and always will be one of my favorite hobbies, because video games are a good way to relax when you are stressed and having a bad day,and they are a good way to pass the time if it is raining outside, right now I would have to say that my favorite console is the X-box 360,because it has a wide selection of games, and awesome graphics,me and my fiance bought a Halo 3 Edition X-box 360 a month or so ago and I am very happy with it,I love being able to turn the console on or off from the controller,I also have heard good things about the Playstation 3,and my brother has one and he totally loves it,he loves the games on it,and he can also turn the system on or off with his controller, and I have also heard a lot of good things about the Wii,and my cousin has one of those, and it is a lot of fun, because you can really get involved when you are playing, and it is a good way to get exercise and stay in shape.

I'd have to say the Xbox 360. I've tried all 3 of the next-gen consoles and I enjoyed the 360 the most. I own one myself. The Wii is fun if you're playing with someone or a group of people but it gets boring after a while. The PS3 is OK. It has a Blu-ray drive and there are a few good games on it. If you're comparing consoles based on graphics, the PS3 and the 360 are pretty much the same. If you're comparing in terms of price, I suggest you go for the 360. In terms of games, I'd say it depends what games you enjoy.

Hmm..well for me my PS3 is a wonder. It's really hard to rate them as there is a certain something that the other has not. To break it down, I'll list the things people are looking at each consoles: PS3: Blu-ray player, bluetooth connectivity, free online, good exclusives(which of course are not available to the PC, as most X360 exclusives are, heehee), durability(Im not pretty sure about this...) X360: Wide selection of games, very good paid online service, cheaper than the PS3, Great exclusives(which many are now available on the PC, heehee), faster loading times than PS3. Wii: New way to play games, great exclusives as well(usually first party developers), interactivity of games, cheaper than the PS3 and X360. So to rate them, the PS3 is my fave, since it's the one that I have, and so far other than having only 4 games(c'mon, we're not that rich) and a very bug-infested NBA Live 08, I have no complaints. For kids and kids at heart, as well as those hardcore players that wants a new experience, choose Wii. For those who wants a wide array of games such as shooters and those soon-to-be-on-PC exclusives, and those who wants the regular smash-button kind of gameplay, choose X360. For those who wants a blu-ray player in cheap, as well those who are willing to wait for better games in a year or two, Choose PS3. Graphics-wise, the PS3 and X360 are neck-to-neck, Wii don't give a damn about it. You choose. BTW, many PS3s are in eBay, because many people are selling it for an X360, because their friends have a X360 and they want to join in the fun. If you are not into that, buy a PS3, it's a very good value for money in the future(blu-ray player that is a gaming console as well).
