Why do we need to eat fruit everday?

            Why should we have five to nine fresh fruit everyday?
For the fruit consists of water just like the human body does.
Fruit is 100% bad-cholesterol free.
The idea that fruit is an expensive nutrition.
Fruit makes you feel better.
Friut is the most natural food.
Let's enjoy fruit everyday!

                    Fruits have many essential Vitamins and Minerals that our body needs.Like :
Mango and Papaya - rich in Vitamin A 
Citrus Fruits Like Sweet Lime (Mousambhi in Hindi) and Oranges in Vitamin C 
Banana has Calcium,Potassium and gives a lot of energy too.
Fruits are also rich in anti-oxidants and Fibres which are good for our body.
That is why eating Fruits is so essential .

                    We need fruits everyday to help in digestion because fruits have lots of fiber.
