Ganguly Retires....!!

hi friends.,i'm back to mylot after a long time..it hav changed a lot..and change s too good..Our former cricket captain decided to retire after this series with aussies..He currently plays excellent now with them.. do you think is this the right time for him to retire or he should postpone it..???.He has the excellent captaincy record..wat do you think about his decision..?

yep, even I came to know about this recently. I think these guys should retire and let the youngsters play for the country.

hi vidya..in test cricket experience is more needed..so we should need experienced players..already we half number of youngsters in our team namely,gambir, dhoni,ishant,amit mishra...ganguly is playing excellently well in this series..so he may postpone his decision upto next year..

May be you are right. I used to follow cricket before marriage. But after marriage and moving to USA, kids etc, i dont have time to follow the game and I get the news from newspapers and magazines

well i think experience is very important and also if some one if performing then why do you want him to be out of the team. when you can have a good player with experience playing in the team then it is always handy. he can not only contribute with runs and wickets but also when he share experience with young players then it is a great thing. they know the tricks of the trade and that can help.

well this is a good idea of sharing the tricks of the game with the young players in the team.but the thing is the relationship between the experienced and the youngster should be smoother..there should be no ego or self esteem like that..if so the team will be the number 1..

Well for sourav, i believe it is the right time to say bye to cricket..i am a die hard fan of sourav, but looking the selection commitee and the way the board is treating him i guess thats the best option . Finally he will remain a legend, a leader , a champion with a neversay die attitude..salute to his spirit..

ya you too right..the selection commmitee is always rude against him.but he is now proving to the commitee that he not old by scoring well in this current series against the aussies..
