As a Filipino blogger, I think it is important that we should attend blogging events not only to learn more but also to meet fellow bloggers.
With this, I accepted the invitation of Janette Toral of Blogging from Home to attend the DigitalFilipino.com Club and Bloggers Manila Networking Event this coming Saturday Oct 25 at the Casino Filipino, Paranaque City. Of course, it is FREE.

How was the activity? I would like to attend such meetings too. Could you send me an invitation if there will be future events like that one? It would be great to meet bloggers from all over the country. Thanks for posting this in this forum. All the best.

Hi Jena,
I am very sorry that I did not invite you. I assumed that you will be available to come the event ended at 11pm and you're living at Pampanga, right?
Anyway, I will try to find another event and invite you personality. But the way, I can say that the event is successful and fun.

Hello, I have not attended any blogger events (perhaps I guess I am a bit weird being) but definitely I would love to meet people behind the blogs. I just surfed you blog and I have to say I like the lay-out. My blog lay-outs are a little bit teeny-weeny in theme.

Then why not try to join? I checked your blog and you are been blogging for more than a year, right? But I think you need some changes on your blog.

I would love to attend a blogging event but that is too far away for me to go. 
Anyway, you are right that bloggers should meet up regularly to share ideas and to come up with activities that would benefit the blogging world and even the real world itself.
There many examples where community related activities are driven by bloggers who decided to meet up and do something good. Even the recent blog action day has proven that bloggers world wide care about others no matter where they are and I am proud to say as a blogger, I have participated in that event and it feels good that being a blogger that has the ability to contribute positively to the world.
So, all the best with your event and I wish that it would be a successful one for you and your fellow bloggers!
