I have already joined in ehow.com and submitted my first article. The thread of the article you can see in my profile. My discussion point is that whether this site is for US citizens only. Even though it is not specified anywhere, Writers' participation participation registration, it is necessary to give tax informations. As I am a non US citizen I don't have any tax certificates.Ultimately I could not fill up this form and register. If this is the condition why should I waste the time.Any body have comments on this.
