do you exercise???

exercise!!! - it's good to make exercise a habit...

to exercise daily is a very good habit... it helps a lot, in any way... it should always be part of our daily activities... do you agree??? well, i do... just too bad i don't like to exercise. it makes me lazy, just thinking of doing it.. i always want to exercise, it's just that i feel tired all the time. and i always have that as an excuse.. though i know that it will be of big help when i exercise.. i'm just really lazy... hehehehe you guys, do you exercise???

I try to exercise, but unfortunately I rarely get to. There just isn't enough time in the day to fit everything I need to do into it. I do clean house, which burns calories and I don't really have to exercise to keep down my weight or anything like that, which is helpful. I'd love to be able to incorporate real exercise into my day.

yeah... me too... but even if i don't have much work to do in a day, still i can't find time to exercise... hehehe

I have just started to take regular exercise. I have created my own workout that I do to my favourite music for 40 minute sessions 4 - 5 times a week. I am inspired to keep on doing it by the fact that I have lost 5 pounds and half an inch from my waist and hips in two weeks!

I exercise five times a week at the gym, I do 45 minutes of CV (cardio vascular exercises) like the treadmill, cross trainer and bike then I weightlift afterwards. I also walk everywhere and hardly ever take the car, that is more to do with raising gas prices. But I certainly get enough exercise to keep me healthy, fit and my weight down it is also good for the mind as well. I love it and it does get addictive too!

WOW!!! that's amazing... i don't know when i could ever do that. the only exercise i do everyday is walking... hehehe
