are you the type to count the calorie content of what you eat, watch your weight or such other stuff that health buffs do? or are you the type to not care as long as the food is delish? i'm afraid i do not watch what i eat. ever since i was young, i had a fast metabolism rate that most other people envy, and i could eat humongous amounts of food and not gain much weight. i know it'll backfire on me when i get a little older, not watching what i eat, but i like to enjoy food as much as i can. after all, life is too short to deprive ourselves of simple pleasures. but that's just me. how about you? are you health conscious?

Oh no, I am not a health conscious type of person. I don't count calories, and I don't mind eating as much as I can consume in three days in just one sitting. I too have a fats metabolism when I was younger and I was suffering from hyper thyroid something. it is when you don't get fat and that you sweat a lot and always nervous or sort.. and now I still do have a fast metabolism but I am fat, well you know I already gave birth thrice and I have used contraceptives before which makes me look like a whale. I just remember that when I was still in college I weighed as low as 39 kilograms. Isn't that love? I wish I can still be as thin as then. so hard to keep up with the old sizes. haay..
so you think that's the reason why I am fat now? because I don't watch what I am eating before? but I just want to enjoy food!

no, i think it's out of giving birth. i, too, have gained a little since i gave birth to svet (only a very little. few ever notices). my mom was like that too. she was stick thin when she was in college and when she and dad got married and she got pregnant, she gained weight every time she gave birth. although she's slimmer now than several years back, she says she still does not have her college body back. and another thing, maybe as we grow older, our metabolism rate changes, so that maybe another reason. but that's just my opinion.
no scientific basis there whatsoever

I used to be exactly like you previously. I could eat so much and still maintain the same weight, sometimes even lighter. My metabolism rate was quite high. Situation changes now. I gained few kilo and I started be cautiou on what I eat. I don't eat whenever I feel I would like to. I'll control my appetite and only eat if I really hungry. I started to cycle more regularly now and check my weight few times per week. I miss those old good days! Enjoy the great dishes while you still could. :)

that's the correct way of putting it. not going over the top with the things that we enjoy. i don't exercise either. i spend way too much time in front of the computer to have time for it
but like you, i think i'm healthy enough. i mean if only judging by the fact that i rarely get sick, i think you can considered me as healthy.
