adding hard drive to laptop?

i have an acer TravelMate 2480, and it has 80gb hdd (hard drive)... can i still upgrade the hard drive? can we upgrade the hard drive of laptops.. have you tried it?

Yes you can upgrade the HD of your laptop. I tried so many times changing and upgrading HD of a laptop. You can purchase a HD from computers shops which you can use in your laptop. If you have the guts to do it yourself (changing your HD) there are available manuals in the net and you can download it.

Laptop drive can be upgraded just like a desktop. Hard drives are available and changing can be done personally. If you have the guts to try upgrading your laptop by yourself, service manuals are available in the net which you can download and you can use. I myself personally do the upgrades of my unit from ram,HD and even softwares and applications. I
