An artist mind

As I am an artist and works on computer to create graphics of cover of boxes, tags etc. When I get a job, I am always confused what to design so that my client like it, but sometimes I immediately get the idea of the layout. It is really tough sometimes to satisfy your client to reach his liking or disliking. The taste of every client is different and to reach the point of view what is in client's mind is sometimes tough to understand. But as a whole as per saying 'All is well that ends well', the same is applicable to my case. At last I reach the point where my client likes. Sometimes it looks tough and the same time I love it doing too.

I agree. I am not an artist in the sense that I draw or design graphics. But I design jewelry for brides and their bridal parties. Sometimes I get an immediate idea of what they want, sometimes I may have to do a piece 3 or 4 times to get it exactly right. It is hard, sometimes, but in the end, if the client is happy, then so am I. And, just to help you out a little, when you post a discussion, you might consider asking others a question at the end of your post. For example, on this post, you could say, How do you come to a decision on what to do for the client. or, Have you ever had a client that you didn't really know what to do for them? Something like that. This will let people respond to your discussion more easily. Welcome to my lot, and have fun!
