does your neighbor get on your nerves

I have this one neighbor, a new one, which irritates me a lot especially in the morning when they play their super loud music that wakes up every cell of my body even if all my windows are closed. I tried to ask my Dad to talk to them buy they seemed not to care. That's really so annoying!

My neighbor gets on my nerve, he is not trashy but he is old. He and his old friends like to sit on the porch and talk and harass everyone that goes by or come out of their house. They even harass the substitute mail lady.

so far we almost 9 yrs here in germany and my neighbors has no problem.

I live in a quiet neighborhood. My neighbor doesn't bother me at all. The only time I get to see them is every afternoon when they take their dog for a walk....oh yeah...and their exotic pet monkeys

Yes, in fact he does. My dad is my neighbor and has a lot next to ours. There is no house on the lot, but he piles all his extra scrap metal, machinery and junk over there. It gets on my nerves. Now we have a mosquito problem due to all the junk. What do you do if it's a relative? Complaining to him and the city hasn't helped.
