Mondays are better than Fridays?

It's Monday and I'm getting all the usual "I hate Monday" and "I don't do Mondays" type of comments today. Does anybody here like Mondays? Tell me all about it...

Mondays are my rest day, and when I worked shifts I always opted for Mondays off, because it was a quiet day in the week and I could get so much done, the shops were nice and empty and it was great to extend the weekend, whenever I go away I always have the Monday to travel back after the long weekend. Monday nights are also quieter in the neighbourhood as people don't have parties like they do Friday nights causing so much noise into the early hours. I don't go training or weight training on a Monday so I can rest my body.

I used to like when I had weekdays off for that very reason. I could go shopping, schedule appointments, go to places like the zoo when it was uncrowded. But that's a lot of years ago!

based on my personal experience i wanted to start my Monday perfectly. because i have noticed that if i feel that it's not okay, it will ruin the rest of the week too. i don't want to deal with worries and problems on Mondays. i guess its just how i wanted my life to be. so i try as much as i could to focus on it that way while it works me.

I guess it could ruin the rest of the week if it starts out badly. Positive attitude, that's the ticket!

I no longer rant about how bad it is to see Monday roll around. I enjoy the clients that I see on a daily basis. Every day is different and I can tell the day of the week by the clients I see. Each one brings me joy.

It's usually a quiet day for me. Quite relaxing as a start of the week. I don't dread Mondays but I do dislike Friday as it is usually the busiest day of the week. © ronaldinu 2008

For money wise it is positive.. But for any other reasons, like school and such, I dread these days.. I look forward to Mondays when it comes to making money or getting a head start on something that I have been putting off for a while..

I like mondays because I have generaly gotten some rest. I am ready for the new week. I have my list of things to acomplish and am ready to start them. I think its your attitude. MONDAYS CAN BE AS WONDERFUL AS YOU WOULD LIKE THEM TO BE.

I like mondays because I dont have to work I just go to one class and im done for the day. Tuesdays are the day that I hate since its the start of my work week which I hate working but I have no choice since its very hard to get a job and I cant find another job. So I dont mind mondays unlike when I was in highschool and I hated mondays lol.

I do not like Mondays. Just because there is usually nothing you can looking forward to. You know there are many duties which are withing for you during the week. And this leads to stress and all bad things. This is the reason why I do not like Mondays. But I like Monday afternoon because I have free day Tuesday:). But generally I think best day of all is definitely Friday no doubts about that for me:)You know the relax is near and all thous duties are as far as they could possible be.

Yep Monday is the start of a long week, work, homework (with my kids), not enough sleep, etc. Friday is the start of a weekend, recreation, goofing off, catching up on sleep, etc.
