i have developed a bunch of health problems. the doctor recommended i try the "eat right for your type diet". with this diet, you eat foods that are recommended for your blood type and try to avoid things that are not recommended for your blood type. long story short, i need to avoid wheat, corn, potatoes, and dairy. does anyone else have any food allergies or sensitivities? how do you handle it? does anyone have any good recipes for cooking while avoiding certain foods?

I have a friend whom is on that diet. The one by blood type. And she has lost weight and feels much better. Have you thought about sitting down with a nutritionalist? I'm sure they would have suggestions and may even have recipes for you. I'm wondering, does the book have any recipe suggestions? I'll have to ask my friend.

thanks so much for responding. i haven't thought of seeing a nutritionist. thanks for the advice. as for the book having recipe suggestions, they have a few. But they don't have that many.
