Do you like the Facebook Chat box at the bottom of the screen?

I'm just wondering if you find it convenient for there to be a chat box at the bottom of the screen on facebook, so you can talk to your friends.I enjoy it, because it makes it easier to talk to friends and family, and its free. No downloads or anything. What does everyone else think?

Yes, there is a chat in browser on facebook. No downloads, just chat with whoever is in your friend list. It was added when they switched to the new facebook.

I do like the idea of this download-less chat box, but get annoyed when people "log in and out" while refreshing a page, and i have to copy paste a message that did not get through. Other than that I think it has fairly cute smilies and very managable. :]

yeah, that does get kind of annoying, it happens all the time to me, but other than that, it makes everything easier as far as chatting.

I think the myspace messenger has spyware as well, or some kind of Malware. I'm not sure, but thats what I've heard.

I love the chat box! It lets me talk to friends easily without having to search through the "new" layout to get to their wall, but it also allows me to keep tabs on my friends as it shows you who is online. That is probably my favorite feature of the chat box.

well I like it a lot as i can chat with only the ones i want to and there is also a invisible mode... it is great way to ask for phone number and email id etc, which we dont other to know
