I want to arrange a surprise baby shower for three of my freinds. I am thinking of the games, themes etc to organize for the same. Does anyone have any good iseas and also any good website that give information on the same. Since it is three at one time I wonder what theme we can go by?

I found a site that might be of some help: http://www.babyshower101.com/baby_shower_games.html This may be of some help. I always like the one that everyone is given a clothes pin (or tag of some sort) to wear when the come in. Then the rules are that no one is allowed to cross their legs during the playing of games. If you catch someone crossing their legs you point it out and get their clothes pin. The one that has collected the most pins at the end of the party wins some little gift. I usually end up winning that one. LOL

Hey the website looks goods. I like the idea of the game too. Mightbe I should do the same for this one. Usually all the ladies have a habit of crossing their legs so this sounds like a lot of fun. What was the theme for the party that you attended?

One was about spoons. Baby spoons. We wore name tags were made with our name in the bowl of the spoon, the spoon had a ribbon tied to it so that it can be pinned to the person.

Heres my two sence Use this site to get invitations. Its free and you can pick your own invite. So it can go with whatever theme you choose. http://www.free-printable-party-invitations-online.com/baby-shower-invitations.com i say go with homemade favors again you can go with your own theme such as make home made soap. make white soap and buy food coloring pink or blue and then use items like cookie cutters to poar the liquid soap and make it harden in the shape you want. Hope this helped.

The best game I ever saw at a baby shower was the clothes hanging game. The goal of the game is to have the participants (one at a time) try to hang as many clothes on the clothesline as they can, while at the same time holding a baby and talking on the phone. What you need: A long strong rope to act as a clothesline. Two volunteers to hold the clothesline up. A cordless phone. A doll that can resemble a baby (or a 5 lb bag of potatoes wrapped in a blanket). A basketful of clean, dry laundry. Try to have it all be the same stuff, like dish towels, or socks. Lots of clothespins. Each contestant has a minute to hang as many dishtowels or socks as they can while they talk on the phone and hold the fake baby. The people in the audience are supposed to make conversation with the person, as though they were the phone conversation the person is having. If you want to make it super tough, have the people holding up the clothesline move it around a bit. It was so much fun. I dropped the baby (potatoes) twice when I played.
