Mozilla Firefox rocks in my opinion! It does not have all the pop ups and system crashes.. I love it.. Internet Explorer has been a pain in the rear end.. I would not trade Firefox for nothing..

I personally like to use Internet Explorer 7. I have never used Firefox but then, I've never had to! I have never had any problems with Internet Explorer myself and it seems pretty fast to me but then again, I know how to maintain it! There are lots of reasons why some people experience problems with Internet Explorer. There are things, processes that could be going on in the background. Unless you are computer savvy then it's likely that over time, your Internet Explorer browser will become very slow. I love Internet Explorer as it has great security. Another reason is, it's a Microsoft product! You can always receive automatic updates for it via Microsoft. As it's so popular though it tends to be the most targeted by spyware and adware and so forth. But, if you have a good antivirus product on your system then I don't see you having any problems. I personally use AVG 8.0 which is a good product and it's free. I have never had any problems to date! Good luck. Andrew

i always use Mozilla, your friend is right mozilla is faster than internet explorer, and also it's free (that's i like it the most). another reason is mozilla have lot of plug-in, and some of them very useful for me, like auto refresh, capture streaming audio/video, also have plug-in to grab flash from internet too.

ya Your friend is right.Mozilla firefox is better than many of browsers available today. the reason for the speed of the firefox is it caches the webpages forfuture use.It look for its cache for loading webpages than going to fetch it from the server this makes it lot more faster
