Do you all remember the first episode of your favorite tv show?

I remember the first time Pokemon, Futurama, Family Guy and Digimon first appeared on tv and i was stoked to see them. but as newer eps came on with new characters and repedativeness involved in them. they just made them go stale. well for me they did. Well Futurama and Fam Guy are still awesome =] What were your favorites and do you remember the first episode and how did you feel when your first saw them? can be as far as 1930 to 1990 and even the latest stuff. but the latest are kinda overused and cheesy.
