I have been trying to upload my pictures from my cell phone to my computer and i can't.Do i need some kind of software be side the usb cord?I have a sprint sanyo 3100.Thank you.
I'm surprised that your computer doesn't see your phone as an outside memory storage device. But regardless, you can always send them to yourself to your own email address.
