Are star ratings imp for you?

Yeah it feels good to see that friends here in mylot has liked my responses but some people may rate negetively without any reason so now i only concentrate on posting quality discussions...I will be equally glad to have a 10 star on my head! Have a nice day!

I don't really care about the star rating. Why? Because I don't even know what is it about! Well, just enjoy lotting, that's all :D

First time I take more attention to increase my star number then I get my 10 star. One day I saw that my number reputation is going down, I become frustate and try to increase it again. I start a discussion with topic my worse day because in the same time I found my earning is decreasing. Then I get a positive effect and advice. Now I don't very care about it because if I make a good response and don't offend other people, my star number won'r decrease. If I make the best then my star number can increase. Keep post happy myLotting...

It doesn't matter to me much. If someone rates me bad, it is simply because they do not agree with me. You have to keep an open mind on here, especially when you ask a question. You can not just expect everyone to agree with you. Some people obviously vote against you if you don't think the same way that they do. It doesn't bother me much. However, people with ratings of less than 5 or 6 are different. They usually have a low rating because they are spammers or something similar.

It is nice to see that people think that you have made quality contributions to their Discussions! :) I only recently got a 9 and it was a really nice surprise! Maybe I'll get a 10 one day, but I won't be sad if I never do, either. :) I don't always rate discussions, but when I do, it is ALWAYS a positive rating! I have never really found any Discussions that bother me for any reason, but even if I did, I would choose to just ignore it and not respond then to rate it negatively! So, that is pretty much how I feel about it.

i think ratings are good because they are other peoples opnions and we should respect them. even if the opnions are bad. but if you know that the person put a bad rating on purpose just IGNORE it!
