Technicalities of the LAW: 0bama admits not eligible to be PRESIDENT?

Yes, it is true. There really was a law suit filed by a lawyer named Berg to force 0bama to produce documentation to disprove numerous allegations. The lawsuit was legal. It was filed. 0bama and the DNC were served. Now, it is the case when such a suit is filed, you have a time limit in which to respond. Failure to respond results legally to an admission the allegations are true. Obama & the DNC did not respond. Is that right? See the list of legal technical admissions by 0bama and the DNC. Until this is resolved, if the law means anything, 0bama can not be a candidate. Am I right? Click this. http://www.obamacrimes.com/index.php/component/content/article/1-main/38-press-release-obama-a-dnc-admit-all-allegations-in-berg-v-obama I say that if this all is not some kind of hoax, (I don't rule that out) I'd like to know what the heck is going on? What do you say?

This has been going on for quite a while, what I don't understand is why the McCain Campaign has not picked this up. There are only two requirements to be the President of the United States. I really don't see where the problem is here!

Yes, it has been going on for awhile, but this situation has changed. 0bama and the DNC have failed to answer a Federal Judge's court order putting them in technical legal admission of the allegations. If this were you or me, we'd be in deep doo-doo as that means the same as swearing to it that these things are true. Technically, if this web site is to be believed, 0bama is now ineligible to be President. That's a little different than before. I'm guessing McCain figures what happens will happen and he does not want to risk having his name associated with it if there is nothing to it. I don't know how, but it still could all be a hoax.

I think it should not come from McCain, but from the PEOPLE. McCain will just be accused of racism -- again. He is in a bad position being the first white candidate to run against a black candidate; everything he says or does people cry racism, even tho I have not seen ANY indication he is racist, or that Palin is. And we're all called racist for being against Obama, even tho some of us (against Obama) are black, and some us (me included) have a family made up similarly to the one Obama came from: I'm white, my husband is black and from Africa, and our daughter is biracial, just like Obama. So if I'm a racist, my poor child from my own womb is in deep trouble, isn't she?

Well, there was just not too long ago a press conference in Hawaii. An investigative reporter is alledging 0bama merely has a different father than he claimed for years. The lie is not 0bama's fault, if this is the truth. His parents fostered it off on him. It would have totally altered his life to just not have gone along. This will be in the news shortly. BTW: It means 0bama IS a naturalized citizen afterall.
