Which one is better - Daily Salary / weekly Salary / Monthly Salary ?

I am Recieving a weekly salary for a job I am doing
in addition to that I earn randomly at any date from online businesses.
I think it would have been better if I have got a fixed monthly salary rather than get paid anytime.
however one advantage is that you have money always and you dont have to wait for the end of the month.
what do you think ?

I think monthly option is better one as we normally get monthly bills so we can plan things accordingly.Then I am a retired person and I think pension is better than salary as you get money without doing any thing...........

yes, this reason for selecting monthly option is really good.
You get most of the bills monthly so if you get fixed monthly income , you can plan your expenses and st your budget with more ease.
and this thing is not possible with random payments !

Personally, I dislike salary positions. I worked for 4 years as a retail manager for a small discount store. I love my job and it started out nice, until they became more cautious with how much money was being spent. So, managers ended up having more responsibility and more hours.
For example, your store was provided with a set amount of hours to use and you couldn’t go over. If an extra worker was needed that would be the manager. During the Christmas shopping season, managers would need to work for 50 hours, while it started out at 40.
So, I was working more hours and still bringing home the same weekly salary. There were some weeks that I was making the same amount of money as the cashiers, but doing much more.

but extra hours are not related to monthly salary ?
you may need to work some extra time even in a job with daily salary
