Can someone explain to me why, when I have two spare bedrooms and a sitting room I could get dressed in, I get dressed in the dark in my own bedroom? I can't put that light on because I don't want to wake Mr Croc, he gets snappy when woken.
Do you do things that son't make sense?

I don't dress in the dark Nanna because I'm like Mr Croc and wake up later. I do spend my sunday evenings chatting to a wonderful woman in the English midlands. I've never met her because she is imaginary as am I apparently. It's a bit like talking to myself at times. We say the same things. LOL. Isn't that potty?

Yes that is slightly strange if you were going to make up an imaginary friend surely it would make sense that she lived somewhere exotic.
Let me know who she is and Ill see if I know her.

Nope, everything I do makes perfect sense to me, maybe not to anyone else, but it does to me.
I don't know why you didn't go into the spare room............or maybe is it just that you're daft?

Hi nannacroc, I do have a spare bedroom at my house and just like you, I prefer to change clothes in my own bedroom only. This might be its more convenient for all the clothes are in bedroom wardrobe. What’s more we are used to do it there and everything in our bedroom is so familiar that we even we could get whatever clothes we want and to change it in the dark easily. So it’s not necessary to take the trouble to carry clothes to do the changing in other room?
I understand that you are a caring partner and don’t want to disturb Mr Croc’s sweet dream. You afraid that light would awaken his from sound sleep so you prefer to change your clothes in the dark.
My husband always afraid that he might awaken me in the middle of the night, so he prefers to use a small torchlight instead of switch on the light, in case he needs to go to toilet during bedtime.
and take care.

I also like to dress up in the dark even if Mr Croc is not there in the room, now thinking about it seems silly...
We will board the same train, same compartment daily for work
or if we are taking the bus we will sit on the same seat..
or if we are driving we would take the same route, any change in this routine we will feel irritated...

Yeah, I used to do that, when I was working, I am laid off now and had to go to work early. I would grope in the dark for my clothes and get dressed in the bedroom where my husband was sleeping. I do not have a spare room, but I could have easily taken my clothes into the bathroom.
Now that you mentioned it , I see how silly and how much it did not make sense

The simple reason I can give is that we are normally afraid of our in the light, have you ever realized that even looking at yourself in the mirror for fifteen minutes is a problem, leave alone dressing in the dark. The other crazy thing you will get and this happens with the boys is when urinating at night. They urinate while walking, don't you get this funy. We are all afraid of light because in light we see what we don't want to see
