Do you know a good Hard drive data recovery

Hi, someone in my working place has a failed hard drive and we need to recover the data, so I google and found a software that is worth to try its pci file recovery but unfortunately, I have no success on recovering the data. Do you guys know???

you should try the manufacturer's software to recover lost data from a broken hard drive, but if you don't know where you can find it, I recommend to you this software: Easy Recovery Professional.. it's free and can recover lost data from broken hard disk but the set up must at least recognize the drive to use this software
