hand foot and mouth disease has killed three kids in China and about 110 others according to the news. children who died from FMD are aged a year and below. FMD is very common in young children and is characterized by fever, mouth sores and rash with blisters. it can be spread by a simple nose an throat secretions and it is not related to the hand and foot disease which infects on the cattle, swine and sheep. what do you think is the cause of this? is this really serious or just a project of somebody who hated to see China's booming economy? no matter who is behind this or if the issue is authentic or just political motivated issues the point is, it has harmed kids.

Well, I actually thought foot and mouth disease has been exterminated already. Well, here it goes again. I really don't know why. China is really caught in the middle right now. I hope things would turn out fine for them and also for the rest of the world. There are just so much world crisis now. I hope the globe does recover.

I am just wondering why it's always China that is being into this kind of situation. It all started with the SARS, then the lead content in toys then its the melamine scare and now again the FMD scare. I think China is having a lot of difficulties in the way they handle their hygiene as well as the quality of their products needs to be improved. I guess they need to look at it right now or their economy may slowly go down the drain.

China seems to be in a roll of bad luck. And what is worse that children are the ones affected... Maybe people in China should pray more...
