Whats that about M.S.Dhoni which makes him successful?

India win the second test match against Australia in an emphatic manner. Many would have not expected such a big victory. Credits go to the interim captain Dhoni for leading the team to success.
Only captaincy changed and the results also changed between Bangalore and Mohali tests.
What makes Dhoni a successful captain?

Dhoni is cool captain . he has support of sachin, laxman , dravid, harbhajan etc . they are very experience player. Dhoni take decision after discussion with team member . he has friendly attitude . He place player according to situation . Today cricket is very competitive . so every player work perfectly .

Hi sivanj,
India had won the match.And really the biggest won in the test match.
As you said MS Dhoni already proved that he is a good captain.We saw his ability in the 20-twenty match and in One day matches. He leads Indians team to victory with his bat,Hand and Hat...
There is some other changes also between Mohali and Banglur tests.That is the difference in the pitch.
Now after this victory against Australia Kumble has to do more.The new spinner could do his job when kumble are outside the ground.Indian team not felt the absense of the Captain in Mohali test.
