The backs of your hands are a way to tap into calm. Just give a very light upward stroke with your fingertips and that will help induce a relaxed state! Try it!

Will have to try and remember that one! Sometimes I have a crystal and hold that in my hands, sitting comfortably with it. Use various crystals according to what their qualities are and what I feel I need at the time! Your tip will be good for when I have a promotion interview next month! Thanks!! :~)

Is that true? I don't know about that but maybe it is true because you have done it to yourself. But to me I have a different approach to reach calmness. I like stroking my palm and it will feel ticklish. The ticklish feeling makes me calm and I like to do it especially when I am lying on the bed while watching the television. I haven't tried your method yet, but maybe I will try it tonight and see whether I would like this new method or my old and ordinary method. Thanks for giving me this tip, I appreciate it very much.
