Friendly Mylot Competition

I have a friend on the lot, his name is Myrrdin. Myrrdin and I like to have friendly competitions with each other. We will make bets on Scrabble games on facebook, with prizes such as the loser making dinner for the winner. We will wrestle and light sabre fight and kick each other in the butt (literally) in person. And we will try to beat each other in number of posts here on mylot.
As I write this, I am 229 posts away from catching up to his total number of posts. Not bad, considering this is my 2nd account here, and the other one surpassed him ages ago (before I deactivated it). I have claimed that I am going to catch up to his total posts by the end of October, and he claims he won't let that happen. I of course, will win this bet. Sadly, there are no wagers on it except for bragging rights.
Have you ever competed against any fellow mylotters here on mylot? Have you competed for most best responses in a certain time frame? Have you competed for most number of posts in a certain time frame? Now that you have this idea, is there anyone you would like to have a friendly mylot competition with? What will the wager be?

You would be worried if we had a wager on it. My bad for not coming up with a good one for this. But there are always our scrabble games, so I'm not worried either.

I have less than 12 hours to catch up, and it's just NOT going to happen. It's been far too busy around here this past week.
I'm going to aim for my birthday to catch up to... that gives me until November 10th at 11:59pm LOL!

It's November 10th, just after 9pm, and I caught up to your 1410 posts! WOOT ME!!!
Now perhaps I'll find I need to take a mylot break for a while. LMAO!

I so far have not competed with anyone on mylot and have not thought yet about doing so. I do not think I would want to wager anything if I did compete.

It was more about bragging rights than anything else. He really doesn't care. So it was all about me this time. lmao!

well i dont exactly like competing although they told me i am very competitive. in your case, its a friendly competition so i dont see any harm in it. i actually think that's a great idea to encourage the inactive members to be active. cash would be nice as a wager. :)

It's not just about the number of posts, but the quality of those posts. When we did this before, we would find silly easy discussions to reply to with super short answers. We don't do that anymore.
As for cash wagers, we prefer to be a bit more adventurous and original. We both love "free".

no i have met someone so interesting!!its really gr8 to have competition because it helps u make more n more posts and do hard work...in competition we don't care for money but we work hard to win it!!thts the good point of competitions..i love them!!
i really wish if i could find someone like u have n make this work here on mylot excieting!!
I m close to my payout...i will make it surely!!!

I was friends with him outside of mylot, so that helps our situation.
