Improving body weight....

i am 6 foot tall...my body weight is 63kgs..is that correct weight to my body??.what can i do improve my body weight..

There are many ways to stay fit and improve your body weight. For example start adding healthier food into your daily diet, like more green foods. Try and excercise more often, you may want to try daily early morning walks. Drink alot of water up to eight glasses a day! Try to avoid eating alot of junk food like chips and ice cream (although it may be hard to resist). You may want to avoid eating deep fried foods like french fries. If doing what I have said above will be a major change in your diet, then you should start little, by little, gradually adding healthy foods to your diet and excercising more.
