Yes, friends I came across parsuality in my life several times.I had some bitter experiences in office and even in my home.My boss used to insult me in front of other workers and he was so kindly towards the others. I don't know the reason. At home I feel that my mother is giving more care to my sister than me.Share your experiences. Regards PP

PappadamPayasam, I think you mean "Partiality". Sorry, I do not mean to correct you here, but I was just baffled with your title here, which in turn led me to your discussion. I hope you realize that all of us are living in an imperfect world where as the saying goes - we cannot please everybody so. If not, words like favoritism, bias, preference, partiality and etc will not exist, agree? It is always a matter of choice and I suppose we just need to live with it and cope with it. I can understand how you feel here, but just be positive minded and take this into your stride. You can always work with someone else who can better appreciate and accept you. Pay may be good but no point if you are not getting that job satisfaction and along with your superiors. As for your family, I think doting and paying more attention to certain sibilings will always exist, but you should think less of it. An optimistic observation, is probably you are a better behaved and independent child than your sister who is ever in need of extra attention. So, fret less and I am sure you will be feeling much better. Take care and have a nice day.
