We all know that drinkin cranberry juice can help prevent a urinary tract infection. It can also add on a lot of calories if you drink it all day. However, sipping just a cup can prevent up to 71 percent of urinary tract infection causing bacteria from sticking to your bladder. So you don't have to drink a lot to get the benefits from cranberry juice.

cranberry juice has a lot of health benefits. When it comes to urinary tract infections caused by a strain of E coli bacteria, cranberry juice compounds may help. Some of the compounds in the juice block the bacteria from sticking to the cells in the body, so that the body can more easily flush the bacteria out. do want to warn you that excessive consumption of juices. Drinking too much fruit juice can contribute to obesity, the development of cavities (dental caries), diarrhea, and other gastrointestinal problems, such as excessive gas, bloating and abdominal pain. Children especially, as their bodies are smaller for the amount of juice ingested.

I like cranberry juice. The kids like it if it is cran-grape or cran-apple. I normally mix mine with a lot of water. It is too strong for me. Mine ends up being mostly water and a little bit of cranberry juice.

Another case of a little bit goes a long way. I don't think I could drink cranberry juice all day. I'd get tired of it pretty quickly. It makes me thirsty. I'd have to have some water!
