skillet of cornbread, 5 or 6 canned biscuits, onion & celery[cook them in the microwave in butter for about 10 min. or longer]2 cans cream of chicken soup, eggs[4 or 5', canned chicken broth 3 or 4 cans[if you have real broth that's fine]. i like it to be sort of soupy. sage, salt & pepper. i like to make it up the night before i cook it, i think that gives it time for the flavors to come in. any question, let me know.

I got this recipe from my Mother-in-law. Everyone in my family loves it.
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup cut up celery
7 1/2 cups bread (cut in cubes)
2/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp poultry seasnoning
I mix these the night before. Then in the morning I add: 1/4 cup melted butter and 1/3 cup water. Mix it all together and stuff in in the turkey or chicken.

The only stuffing for turkey I like is mine. Here's what I do I take bread cubes and just very lightly sprinkle a few drops of boiling water over them, add salt, pepper, sage, chopped onion, a roll of uncooked sausage meat and raw hamburger. Mix that up real good and stuff your turkey. DELICIOUS. This year for Thanksgiving the store had already sold out of the bread cubes so no big deal I just used a loaf of bread and cut it in cubes and that way you don't spinkle any water. It worked the same.

Hi Chevee,
I just roast my chicken normally or just dusted it with flour and put in the oven, you'll get a crispy chichen without frying it. Hugs.
