I am taking the glocosamine now too, my knee made me do it, it is feeling much better, I am hoping it works for the long run.
I did not want to do it, but I bought one bottle and got one free at Walgreens. So that is pretty much vitamins for 150 days.
I am wondering now:
I am taking the glocosamine, calcium suplement, multivitamins and b 12 too.
Do you think that's too many vitamins? Do you even take vitamins? Or you take more than me now? Is there such a thing as too many vitamins?
(btw I do not believe I can afford to buy a well balanced meal everytime)

Taking too many vitamins can be dangerous because most vitamins, particularly multi-vitamins contain multiple vitamins and although they may provide the right amount of certain vitamins they may provide too much of others, which can be deadly if taken long term. I find supplements to be much more effective than vitamins because they are a lot easier for the body to absorb. But you would have to see a chiropractor who is trained in B.E.S.T. (Bio Energetic Synchroniztion Technique) or a similar practioner to tell you which ones you need. Everyone is different. Good luck, hope this helps!

A B.E.S.T. doctor would certainly be cheaper than paying for a medical doctor but the costs would still add up depending on how often you went, it is between $30 and $50 per appointment for most.
