Books, maybe boring, maybe enlightening! But books are definitely needed. Books take your mind places, deep into the author's thoughts transforming them into your own fantasies! Depending on the type of book and your interests, effects the impact it has on your overall state at that time!
I know with me, someone just can't recommend any ol book to me, I'm not a novelist. So a book about crazed maniac murdering up the town won't move me! I'm more of a life and financial success, self help, how to make money reader!
With that said, I've read, Think and Grow, Who Moved My Cheese, Art Of The Game, How To Get Rich, Nothing Down, No Money Down, Cash Flow Quandrant, Rich Dad Poor Dad, Entrepreneurs Are Made Not Born, and many others! I've read one novel by Michael Baisden "Men Cry In The Dark" which was made into a play, that book was pretty good!
Well, what r favorite books?

I prefer to read fiction, and my current addiction is paranormal romance novels. If you are not familiar with the genre, they are romance novels with elements of the supernatural. You get characters like vampires, demons, werewolves, fairies, etc.
You'll be surprise at the different worlds the various authors have created, and for me, its the best way to escape reality for a few hours, everytime I pick one to read.
I'm currently reading On the Prowl, an anthology of three novellas with shapeshifters as characters.

You mean Stephanie Meyer's Twilight series? Yes I've read the books, although I haven't seen the movie yet. The movie is based on the first book, Twilight.
I wouldn't say I'm a big fan of it. Still I enjoyed reading all four books, but they are no literary masterpieces. I wouldn't even compare it to Harry Potter at all. Still, if you like sweet, romantic, almost cheesy storyline between a cute vampire and a human girl, I guess, then you would like the book. Thus explaining why its major readers are teenagers.

Are you into that new movie about the vampire romance novel that was just released? I've never read the book, but it's gotten all types of reviews! I don't even remember the name of it, but they say it's a good movie but the book was better as usual!

I just finished reading Left Behind, and about to start the second book in the series, Tribulation Force. Am finding the series very interesting, and hope to get through all of the books this winter. I think I can do it, had the first book read in a week.
My library has all the books in the series. I never thought I would be interested, but I am. I find it is going well with the bible study I am doing.

What I read changes from time to time.In my childhood days Iam fond of comics ,then in my teens thrillers and romance took me and after a while education related subjects and then some philosphy and now just some magazines that try to cover all of this. But one thing is sure ,I need to read something at any age and I appreciate myself for this quality.
